UNION SQUARE LOFTS
A legacy building well known amongst New York’s residential history. Located at the beginning of the famous 5th Avenue, One Fifth Avenue is home to many persons of fame and acclaim.
Silently tucked within the Landmarked confines of this prestigious building, our design-build team created a pocket of casual-modern palettes for a young film-acting couple.
Simple and clean lines of Bianco Carrera marble polished subway tiles accentuate a double bowl porcelain farmers sink. Hand-stained milk-white millwork creates the kitchen cabinetry, built in bedroom’s storage shelving and a wine & spirit valet. These main focal points of the loft are reminiscent of the clients’ fond memories from their grandparent’s country manor.
Espresso-stained bamboo flooring, contrasts the antiqued stainless steel countertops, aged window casework, door hardware and custom welded radiators.
The pinnacle feature for this project is a fully-integrated smart home automated system. Each room is equipped with a Crestron central command module.
