PLAZA LOFT
Austin’s downtown private condo and loft spaces reflect the active life of our vibrant city. Perched on Republic square, the Plaza Lofts has great proximity, gorgeous views and wide open spaces with big impact. Tasked with enclosing 2 bedrooms that were previously ‘open’ to the loft area a 3-D axonometric view was created to show the prospective owners the possibilities of the space; always a help to the real estate professional. Creating a ‘wow’ factor at the main entry of a Drs loft, a concept board was created with direction for a new design based on a luxurious lifestyle, fitted with high end furnishings and decadent lighting.
