NEW LIFE UNITED PENTECOSTAL
The New Life church had outgrown its home in North Austin and went about the massive task of building a new construction church home with room for growth. Designing the public spaces took careful study of soaring ceilings and massive square footage. Finishes of soothing natural stones, durable fabrics with local colorings and custom designed lighting using the Pentecostal ‘flame’ as inspiration decorates the three story grand entry. Softly painted ceiling features and column/header details help ‘soften’ the new architecture and create welcoming halls, leading to classrooms, nurseries, and an exciting children’s church. An impressive sanctuary has a welcoming warmth, created carefully with fabric wrapped acoustical panels and soft carpets and seating. The exterior finishes are earnest in their natural beauty and lend themselves to the surrounding Texas hill countryside.
