Ornamental steel and metal works are the signature calling card for New York’s Local Union 580. A team of hearty artisans and true craftsmen commissioned this signature home to show off their skills and trade.
14 different metals ranging from bead- blasted stainless steel to heat-burnished cast bronze adorn the architectural features of the Training & Apprentice Facility. The exterior screening element is created using a custom engineered spring-tensioned metal wire woven mesh.
Working in conjunction with the tradesmen; these well-appointed finish details, metal work, welding artistry and intricate fastening details, showcase ingenuity while displaying the Local 580’s prideful craftsmanship.
