The Distinctive Extended Stay brand with its clean lines and modern sustainability was a perfect flag for this mountain top ski and nature trail location. With amazing views and a thoughtful footprint the early planning of this site was done with the ownership, the Marriott brand and the local architectural team . Early conversations for LEED certification were an added layer to the project along with Marriott and ownership’s high standards.
